Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in personalized conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signs, pricing, and assist with merchandise moves
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through smart selling behaviors
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and ensure customer satisfaction at checkout
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support
- Continuously learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, and current promotions
