Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies, safety rules, and procedures in English
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching overhead
- Proficient in using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales goals and work effectively in a team
- Comfortable using electronic devices and technology
- Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling including availability on weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal, friendly conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals daily and stay informed about new products and promotions
- Drive sales by engaging customers effectively and meeting sales targets
- Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers are satisfied before checkout
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
