Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and comprehend employment policies and safety procedures

- Comfortable handling electronic devices
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Comfortable using electronic devices and technology
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals and stay informed of current trends and promotions
- Operate electronic devices, including cash registers, to process transactions accurately
- Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction during checkout
- Collaborate and support teammates with honesty, care, and teamwork
