Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in English

- Physical ability to stand for two hours consecutively and lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way
- Recommend products by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspire purchases
- Offer options and solutions to customers to complete the sale
- Wrap up the moment to close out the customer’s shopping journey celebrating their purchases
- Master store products, services, loyalty programs, and sales systems to help customers and suggest additional items
- Maintain department recovery standards including sales floor and fitting rooms
- Deliver optimal merchandise execution presentation, ensure accurate pricing, and process markdowns timely
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships
