Job Requirements

Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Enjoys meeting and engaging with people
Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
Proficient with electronic devices
Able to understand and communicate effectively in English
No education or prior experience required
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
Frequent use of computers and technology for job functions

Job Duties

Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way
Recommend products by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspire purchases
Offer options and solutions to customers to complete the sale
Wrap up the moment by celebrating customer purchases and sharing their excitement
Master store products, services, loyalty programs, and sales systems to assist customers and suggest additional items
Maintain department recovery standards including sales floor and fitting rooms
Deliver optimal merchandise execution, ensure accurate pricing, and process markdowns timely
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect to strengthen relationships and ensure authentic connections
