Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the US
At least 18 years old
Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Maintain reliable attendance

Job Duties

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols
Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters
Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
Meet and exceed sales goals, align with KPIs and performance standards
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
