Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months retail or related experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate discounts and percentages
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry at least 25 pounds
- physical ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom with repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- flexible schedule including nights, evenings, weekends
- average 12 or more hours per week based on seasonality
- open weekend availability with religious exemptions considered

Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness standards
- pro-actively manage customer needs using the U.N.I.Q.L.O service standard and fundamental principles
- assist with fitting room standards
- act as cashier following protocol when required
- process shipments and ensure merchandise is stocked with full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- follow company policies and notify management of infractions
- assist with special projects assigned by management
