Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- six months retail or related experience
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- physical stamina to stand and carry objects up to 25 pounds
- open availability on weekends
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights and evenings
- part-time candidates must be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week
- full-time candidates must be able to work an average of at least 32 hours per week
- restrictions on availability limited to two days per week

- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom effectively
Job Duties
- meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- pro-actively manage customer needs by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard
- assist fitting rooms by adhering to standards
- act as cashier following cashier protocol when required
- process shipment and ensure merchandise is displayed in full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
