Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for representing the Skechers brand with energy and urgency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products
- Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise
- Handle cashier responsibilities and process payments accurately
- Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories
- Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment
