Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of culinary, catering, hospitality, and/or event planning experience
- willingness to travel for events
- pride in work quality
- enjoyment of team-based fast-paced environment
- belief in the centrality of food to life
- possession or intent to obtain food handler's permits and/or food safety certifications
- community involvement
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 18 years of age
- 1 or more years of culinary, catering, hospitality, and/or event planning experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- strong passion for food and food pairings
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- possession or willingness to obtain food handler's permits and/or food safety certifications
- motivated by travel to events and gatherings
Job Duties
- acknowledge and engage customers entering the concierge department
- assist customers with catering orders and event planning needs
- coordinate catering orders with different departments
- work with event staff to ensure perfect event setup
- provide expert food knowledge and pairing advice to customers
- manage end-to-end catering coordination
- ensure customer satisfaction throughout the event planning process
