Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- basic math and technology skills
- strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- physical capability to handle lifting and sustained activity
- excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and escorting them to fitting rooms then sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as nordstrom rewards program
- keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes including merchandise check-in and accurate ticketing
- work with team to maintain the sales floor as runway ready by re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions
- receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to departments
- fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
- prepare and ship customer orders per quality, packing and shipping standards
- utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments
- assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- provide general support to the store such as setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns and relocating store fixtures
