Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales preferably in fashion
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Passion for fashion and Ted Baker brand
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education in fashion or retail management preferred

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- Additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus
Job Duties

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with store partners
- Use product knowledge to generate sales and build customer loyalty
- Follow merchandising guidelines and support visual merchandising
- Execute all Ted Baker training standards consistently
- Engage customers using Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT) method
- Build customer relationships using sales techniques and database tools
- Maintain awareness of competitors and local market trends
- Complete operational tasks efficiently while adhering to company policies
- Follow health and safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Enforce loss prevention measures and protect company assets
- Handle cash and banking procedures accurately and responsibly
