Job Duties

  • Deliver customer service excellence by greeting customers warmly and providing assistance
  • Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
  • Unpack merchandise from vendor boxes and remove packaging
  • Sort and organize merchandise by type, size, or category
  • Ensure proper labeling and identification of items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area
  • Apply RFID tags and conduct inventory scans with precision
  • Complete processing and receiving activities following productivity and compliance standards
  • Transfer merchandise to stockroom or sales floor
  • Assist with merchandise moves for new product placement and season changes
  • Select merchandise for order fulfillment and customer pick-up
  • Apply packing policies to ensure package integrity
  • Process shippable returns and abandoned in-store pickup orders
  • Deliver orders curbside to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
