Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
familiarity with electronic equipment including cameras, iPads, and point-of-sale systems
professional customer satisfaction orientation with energetic and positive attitude
team-oriented but able to work independently with limited supervision
excellent communication skills with strong math and time management
open to cross-training as cashier or photographer
flexible schedule with open availability especially on weekends
ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
reliable transportation

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile
work effectively in a fast-paced environment while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
operate a camera to take high-quality photos of guests ensuring good lighting and angles
maintain a clean and tidy workspace and promptly report any equipment issues
operate point-of-sale systems while accurately reconciling cash drawers, receipts, and returns
cross-sell and upsell products while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals
stay up to date on current promotions and product information
