Job Requirements

Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cameras, iPad, point-of-sale systems, and basic PC knowledge
Professional customer satisfaction-oriented approach with an energetic and positive attitude
Team-oriented with ability to work independently with limited supervision
Excellent communication skills with strong math and time management capabilities
Open to cross-training as a cashier or photographer
Flexible schedule and open availability especially on weekends
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with electronic equipment such as cameras, iPads, and point-of-sale systems
Strong customer service orientation with a positive and energetic attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to be cross-trained as a cashier or photographer
Flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all guests with a smile
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Operate a camera to take photos of guests, ensuring good lighting and angles to encourage photo purchases
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and promptly report any equipment issues
Operate a point of sale system including managing cash drawers, sales receipts, and returns
Cross-sell and upsell products while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals
Stay informed about current promotions and product information
