Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills, experience with children's events, and a knack for creative problem-solving. They must be capable of handling physical aspects of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting boxes. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a respected brand that values teamwork, diversity, and employee well-being, with benefits available to part-time employees including health insurance options, paid time off, tuition assistance, and employee discounts.
