Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service
- Experience handling children's events or similar activities
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and nonverbal
- Ability to work efficiently with guests of all ages
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing ladders
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks like answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld before, during, and after events
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide shopping solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote the benefits of rewards programs and credit cards and help customers enroll
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Assist with omni channel processes including buy online pickup in store and ship from store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram, and merchandise recovery duties
- Support shrink prevention and safety programs
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and legal compliance
- Interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- Cross train in custom framing sales and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
