Job Duties

  • Provide print sales and services support to ensure efficient operation and meet client order deadlines
  • Operate and assist associates on print services equipment to maintain productivity and quality
  • Utilize communication tools to coordinate print services and customer assistance throughout the store
  • Process merchandise accurately and comply with established visual merchandising and loss prevention standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
  • Coach and train associates in client engagement to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Serve as External Key Carrier by opening and closing the store and ensuring building safety and security during management absence
