Job Duties

  • Provide print sales and services support to ensure efficient operation and drive overall store sales
  • Operate and assist associates on all equipment within Print Services to maintain timely and accurate client order completion
  • Use communication tools to request assistance and coordinate customer service across the store
  • Process merchandise accurately and comply with visual merchandising and company policies
  • Identify areas for process improvement, reduce inefficiencies, and support loss prevention compliance
  • Enhance client engagement through coaching, training, and community outreach initiatives
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities as External Key Carrier, ensure safety and security, and manage store alarm systems
  • Serve as Leader on Duty when scheduled, oversee cash handling and audit processes
  • Maintain high quality standards and contribute to store profitability through sales conversion and customer satisfaction initiatives
