Job Requirements

  • authorized to work in the U.S.
  • ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • courteous and patient demeanor
  • basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Office
  • able to handle multiple tasks in a retail office environment
  • open to candidates with or without a high school diploma or GED
  • willing to support team operations and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • over one year of relevant experience preferred
  • courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation
  • computer navigation skills and general computer knowledge including MS Office

Job Duties

  • support sales associates and store management with various office tasks
  • process customer payments and finance applications efficiently

  • perform various other assigned office duties to maintain smooth store operations
