Job Requirements

  • At least one year of relevant experience preferred
  • courteous and patient with a strong customer service orientation
  • general computer knowledge including MS Office proficiency
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • high school diploma or GED not required
  • acceptance of candidates with gaps in employment history
  • authorization to work legally in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Relevant experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Supporting sales associates in daily operational tasks
  • processing customer payments and finance applications accurately
  • answering delivery-related questions and coordinating with the delivery team
  • assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • managing incoming phone calls and redirecting them appropriately
  • performing various administrative and office duties as assigned
  • maintaining organized and efficient office workflows
