Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Deliver customer service excellence by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs
Support visual merchandising by maintaining product displays and updating mannequins
Prepare and display merchandise in an appealing way and replenish stock
Ensure accurate pricing and signage across the store using technology
Develop expertise in store products, sales systems, and loyalty programs to assist customers and complete transactions
Maintain department and sales floor presentation standards, including fitting rooms
Collaborate with colleagues to reach department goals and foster a positive work environment
