Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

  • capable of lifting at least 50 lbs, standing for two consecutive hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders
  • frequent use of technology including handheld equipment and cash register to process transactions

Job Duties

  • Deliver customer service excellence by greeting customers warmly, actively listening and providing assistance
  • support floor relocations, maintain product displays and update visual elements
  • prepare and display merchandise in a visually appealing way and replenish stock
  • ensure accurate pricing and signage using technology to update prices and promotions
  • develop expertise in store products and loyalty programs to assist customers and complete transactions
  • maintain department recovery standards including selling floor and fitting rooms
  • collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive work environment
