Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and peers
- resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
- self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations
- ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- capable of lifting at least 50 lbs, standing for two consecutive hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders
- frequent use of technology including handheld equipment and cash register to process transactions

- good understanding of store products to provide expert guidance
- ability to create connection with customers and participate in sales boosting events
- effective use of point-of-sale technology and digital tools
- self-driven to keep up with product knowledge and trends through continuous learning
- strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment
- ability to work seamlessly with colleagues across departments
Job Duties
- Deliver customer service excellence by greeting customers warmly, actively listening and providing assistance
- support floor relocations, maintain product displays and update visual elements
- prepare and display merchandise in a visually appealing way and replenish stock
- ensure accurate pricing and signage using technology to update prices and promotions
- develop expertise in store products and loyalty programs to assist customers and complete transactions
- maintain department recovery standards including selling floor and fitting rooms
- collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive work environment
