Job Requirements
- No education or experience required
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate and share information with diverse customers and peers
- resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
- self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing customer needs
- must understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- must read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- frequent use of computers and technology including handheld devices and cash register

Job Duties
- Deliver customer service excellence by greeting customers warmly and resolving issues promptly
- support visual merchandising including floor relocations and maintaining product displays
- prepare and display merchandise attractively and replenish stock
- ensure accurate pricing and signage throughout the store using technology
- develop expertise in store products, services, and loyalty programs to aid customers and complete sales
- maintain department recovery standards including selling floor and fitting rooms
- collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive work environment
