Job Requirements

No education or experience required
flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance and punctuality
ability to communicate and share information with diverse customers and peers
resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing customer needs
must understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
must read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
ability to lift at least 50 pounds
ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
frequent use of computers and technology including handheld devices and cash register

Job Duties

Deliver customer service excellence by greeting customers warmly and resolving issues promptly
support visual merchandising including floor relocations and maintaining product displays
prepare and display merchandise attractively and replenish stock
ensure accurate pricing and signage throughout the store using technology
develop expertise in store products, services, and loyalty programs to aid customers and complete sales
maintain department recovery standards including selling floor and fitting rooms
collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive work environment
