Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push pallet jacks and U-boat carts
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Display a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter with a results-driven attitude
- Experience with retail merchandising is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow safety guidelines effectively
Job Duties
- Support execution of in-store product placement and presentation
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Maintain product availability and assist with promotional setups
- Drive sales and support overall store performance with attention to detail
- Collaborate with store and field teams to meet merchandising standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members
- Perform physical tasks including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
