Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use smartphones or tablets for work reporting
- Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety-first work practices
Job Duties
- Provide in-store merchandising support
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Support leadership with reporting
- Assist with training and onboarding new hires
- Help with scheduling and team coordination
