Job Requirements
- are 18 years or older
- can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- have reliable transportation to and from work location
- are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Job Qualifications
- have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- have experience leading and training people
- demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- work independently and possess successful team building skills
- can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
Job Duties
- build displays and end caps
- reset shelves with product rotation
- track inventory to ensure sales opportunities
- support leadership with reporting
- assist in training new hires
- help with scheduling
- onboard new employees
