The role of an In-Store Merchandiser at SAS Retail Services is integral to shaping the future of shopping experiences. This position focuses on providing in-store merchandising support to retailers to ensure that shopper needs are met effectively. Responsibilities include building visually appealing displays and end caps, resetting shelves while rotating products to maintain freshness and maximize visibility, and tracking inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. Additionally, the role involves supporting leadership with a variety of operational tasks such as reporting, training new team members, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Job Requirements

  • are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • are 18 years or older
  • can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
  • have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • have experience leading and training people
  • can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
  • demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
  • are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
  • work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
  • have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • experience leading and training people
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficient in using smartphones or tablets for work reporting
