Job Requirements

  • are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • are 18 years or older
  • can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
  • have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • have experience leading and training people
  • can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
  • demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
  • are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
  • work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
  • have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • experience leading and training people
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficient in using smartphones or tablets for work reporting
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • motivated self-starter with results-oriented mindset
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs
  • build displays and end caps
  • reset shelves with product rotation
  • track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • support leadership with reporting
  • assist in training and onboarding new hires
  • help with scheduling
