In the role of an in-store merchandising associate with Retail Odyssey, your primary responsibility will be to support retail operations by effectively merchandising products to meet shopper needs and maximize sales. This position is essential for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring store shelves are organized and stocked with rotated products, maintaining inventory levels for optimal sales performance. Working closely with retailers, you will build product displays, end caps, and reset shelving to guarantee a seamless shopping experience for customers. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail and physical stamina, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to interact with store management and customers in a respectful and enthusiastic manner.

This hourly position offers competitive wages starting at $16.90 per hour, with the opportunity for additional hours based on availability and business needs.
