Job Description

Fleet Feet is the largest running retailer in the United States, operating over 280 stores alongside a robust e-commerce platform. The company is dedicated to serving the running community by providing exceptional service and high-quality products to runners of all levels. Fleet Feet fosters an inclusive, supportive, and energetic environment where employees and customers can come together to share their passion for running and fitness. The company culture emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and a commitment to community, making it a great place for those who thrive in fast-paced and dynamic settings. Fleet Feet is more than just a retailer; it is a community hub for runners, offering events, support, and resources that promote healthy lifestyles and active living.

The role of Marketing Coordinator at Fleet Feet is a vital position focused on engaging with the local running and fitness communities. As a Marketing Coordinator at one of Fleet Feet’s store locations, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic to the store, increase sales, and foster customer loyalty. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support grassroots marketing efforts, manage social media channels, coordinate email campaigns, and organize community outreach events such as expos, races, and packet pickups. This role requires a collaborative spirit as you will partner with Store Management, Retail Experience Teams, Running Club Teams, and local organizations to ensure that marketing efforts are effective and aligned with the Fleet Feet brand.

The Marketing Coordinator role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication abilities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining race partnerships, supporting local races, and creating promotional activities that resonate with both existing and new customers. The position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing, running, and community engagement to contribute to a brand that genuinely values its people and its customers. Working at Fleet Feet means being part of a company that runs together to meet goals, solve problems, and support one another in an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about going above and beyond to make a positive impact within the local running community. While Fleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners, this role could be within a franchise location or the Fleet Feet Corporation itself, providing a diverse range of opportunities within the brand.
