This role is integral to delivering exceptional multi-unit food service operations, encompassing up to four fast, casual dining venues simultaneously. The Retail Manager 2 plays a decisive role in ensuring all outlets uphold Sodexo's rigorous standards and those of the client, focusing on operational excellence, brand consistency, and superior customer satisfaction.
In this multi-faceted position, the Retail Manager 2 will lead frontline teams, driving excellence in cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and daily operational management. This role requires an individual capable of mentoring team members to achieve high standards of service and compliance with safety programs such as HACCP. The Retail Manager will conduct comprehensive brand audits to maintain the integrity of both national and in-house branded concepts, ensuring all signage, merchandising, and marketing efforts align with set guidelines. Additionally, managing vendor relationships and ensuring product ordering protocols are followed meticulously are crucial aspects of this role.
