Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with financial responsibility
- Proven experience managing high volume retail operations with profit and loss accountability
- Ability to develop and maintain a strong customer service culture
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to upholding company values and integrity
Job Qualifications
