Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years of retail food service management experience required
Cash handling experience required
Strong customer service and computer skills required
Marketing and merchandising experience preferred
Experience managing a union workforce is a plus
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before start date
Ability to work on site

Job Duties

Manage front of house dining operations including cafeteria, food court, and quick service
Develop and implement retail services plans to improve service, quality and profitability
Maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience
Manage marketing, merchandising and cash handling procedures
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
Maintain client and customer rapport to foster mutually beneficial business relationships
Drive customer service and respond to survey results
Supervise employees including hiring, discipline, performance reviews and pay increases
Assist in location forecasting and accounting
Track sales trends and implement specials, limited time offers and coordinate pop-up restaurants
