Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of retail food service management experience required
- Cash handling experience required
- Strong customer service and computer skills required
- Marketing and merchandising experience preferred
- Experience managing a union workforce is a plus
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before start date
- Ability to work on site

Job Duties
- Manage front of house dining operations including cafeteria, food court, and quick service
- Develop and implement retail services plans to improve service, quality and profitability
- Maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience
- Manage marketing, merchandising and cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Maintain client and customer rapport to foster mutually beneficial business relationships
- Drive customer service and respond to survey results
- Supervise employees including hiring, discipline, performance reviews and pay increases
- Assist in location forecasting and accounting
- Track sales trends and implement specials, limited time offers and coordinate pop-up restaurants
