Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in retail or customer service
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy boxes
- ability to perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and stretching
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to interact positively with customers and team members
- must be able to perform event coordination duties
- willingness to engage in cleaning and operational tasks
- must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate events with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback and needs
- create backup or emergency plans as needed
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold company cleanliness and safety standards with event setup and breakdown
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- engage customers on benefits of rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact positively and respectfully with others
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
