Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic industry, Leaf Home combines entrepreneurial spirit and dedicated workforce values to foster continuous growth and professional development.
Leaf Filter is currently seeking a District Retail Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the retail marketing teams across ten area stores. This leadership role is crucial in managing multiple teams of retail marketers who demonstrate Leaf Filter products at local retail affiliates to generate sales leads and strengthen community connections. The role requires a candidate with multi-unit retail management experience, strong local recruiting skills, and the ability to manage lead-generation teams effectively. Sales experience, while a plus, compliments the candidate's overall capability to drive results.
The working environment is dynamic and involves up to 50 percent local travel with weekend availability, reflecting the hands-on nature of the position. The Retail Marketing Manager role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, hard work, and versatility. Candidates who thrive in team-oriented settings, embrace continuous learning, and have ambition will find a supportive culture at Leaf Home. The company is committed to internal promotions and provides comprehensive training, ensuring career advancements are attainable.
The key responsibilities of this position include hiring, training, and developing retail marketing teams to boost brand visibility and generate sales leads through retail partnerships. Working closely with local operations and installation managers, the District Retail Marketing Manager orchestrates retail marketing initiatives, maintains budgeting and staffing, oversees marketing materials and equipment, and ensures high accountability through clear goals and KPIs. This role plays a pivotal part in driving sales lead quotas and continuously evaluating the return on investment (ROI) from retail marketing efforts.
Leaf Filter provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $72,200 with weekly direct deposit payments. Employees also benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, industry-leading training programs, and a culture that values growth and internal mobility. This role not only offers the chance to contribute significantly to the company’s success but also the opportunity to advance one's career within a reputable and expanding organization.
