Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- ability to move throughout the store
- regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- ability to perform duties in a public retail store setting
- willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- commitment to respectful and positive interaction with others
Job Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of cash handling procedures
- ability to interact positively with customers and team members
- basic understanding of retail operations including inventory and merchandising
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and use ladders safely
- commitment to company values and customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- execute cash handling to standards
- engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process
- perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
- interact with others respectfully and positively
- cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- perform other duties as assigned
