  • Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
  • Sales background, a plus
  • Bilingual, a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions
  • Perform opening and closing store duties
  • Assist customers with mutual agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment
  • Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
