The position available is for Retail Sales Associates or Retail Customer Service Representatives, also known as Pawnbrokers. The hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 depending on experience, making it a competitive offer for job seekers in the retail customer service sector. As a team member, you will participate in a five-week paid training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed as a Pawnbroker. Upon completion, you receive a $0.50 hourly raise and can progress towards further certifications and leadership opportunities, including becoming a Lead Pawnbroker or Store Manager. This structured career path emphasizes ongoing development and rewards dedication and performance with pay raises and promotions.
