Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management
- Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
- At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
- Capacity to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Frequent use of computers and handheld technology
- Ability to reach above eye level, crouch, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and distinguish colors
- Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds

- Good understanding of merchandise and ability to provide expert guidance to customers
- Comfortable communicating with customers virtually, via phone, and in person
- Ability to build relationships with customers and achieve sales goals
- Proficient in using point of sale technology and applications
- Self-driven to keep up with product knowledge, trends, and training
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store or virtually
- Assist customers by making product recommendations focusing on size, fit, and style using product knowledge and digital resources
- Engage and interact with customers during their shopping journey to build client relationships using outreach tools including My Client and social media
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers and store leadership to solve problems and enhance customer experience
- Use point of sale systems, client acquisition systems, and store technology including computers, tablets, smart phones, and work-associated apps
- Partner with store team, vendors, and community partners to develop, advertise, and host virtual and in-store events to drive sales
- Maintain selling floor presentation and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready
- Receive, unpack, and set up new merchandise following visual guidelines
- Reconfigure store fixtures for new layouts and visual themes
- Perform store opening and closing procedures including alarm system and register settlement
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect to strengthen relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities
