Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of selling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge with ability to guide customers on features and choices
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers virtually, by phone, and in person
- Proficiency in using point of sale technology and related applications
- Self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with product trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work flexibly including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store and virtually
- Assist customers by recommending products based on size, fit, and style using product knowledge and digital resources
- Engage with customers to build and grow client relationships using My Client and social media tools
- Collaborate with store leadership and peers to solve problems and enhance customer experience
- Utilize POS systems, client acquisition systems, and other store technologies including computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Partner with vendors and community to develop and host in-store and virtual sales events
- Maintain selling floor presentation and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready
- Receive, unpack, and set up new merchandise according to visual guidelines
- Reconfigure store fixtures for new layouts and visual presentations
- Perform store opening and closing procedures including alarm access and register settlement
- Foster an environment of acceptance, respect, and authentic connections with colleagues and customers
