Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers, and management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
  • Proficient in product knowledge relevant to the merchandise
  • Strong communication skills across virtual, phone, and in-person formats
  • Proven sales ability including relationship building and achieving sales goals
  • Comfortable using technology such as POS systems and digital sales platforms
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with fashion and product trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store or virtually
  • Assist customers with product recommendations focusing on size, fit, and style using product knowledge and digital resources
  • Engage customers throughout their shopping journey to acquire and grow client relationships leveraging outreach tools and social media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with peers and store leadership to solve problems and enhance customer experience
  • Use Point of Sale systems, client acquisition systems, and store technology to support sales
  • Partner with store teams, vendors, and community partners to plan and execute virtual and in-store events to drive incremental sales
  • Maintain selling floor presentation and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready
  • Receive, unpack, and set up new merchandise according to visual guidelines
  • Reconfigure store fixtures for new layouts and presentations
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures including alarm system access and register settlement
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect strengthening relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities
