Job Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Self-driven to keep up with product knowledge and industry trends

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store or through virtual selling
- Assist customers by making product recommendations focusing on size, fit, and style using product knowledge and digital resources
- Engage and interact with customers to acquire and grow client relationships using outreach tools and social media
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers and store leadership to solve problems and improve the customer experience
- Use point of sale systems, client acquisition platforms, and other store technology to facilitate sales and transactions
- Partner with store team, vendors, and community partners to develop, advertise, and host virtual and in-store events
- Maintain selling floor presentation according to company directives and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready
- Unpack and set up new merchandise as per visual merchandising guidelines
- Reconfigure store fixtures for new layouts and themes
- Perform store opening and closing procedures including alarm and register operations
- Foster an inclusive environment that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities
