Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to remain standing for long periods
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes
Ability to climb ladders safely
Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Ability to engage respectfully with customers and team members
Must follow company policies and standard operating procedures

Job Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to execute cash handling accurately
Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer engagement
Basic knowledge of retail merchandising and stock replenishment
Ability to use technology for order processing including BOPIS and SFS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
Willingness to learn and perform diverse responsibilities
Positive attitude and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance
Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members
Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
Other duties as assigned
