Job Requirements

Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock support or fulfillment roles
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Duties

Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting with fitting rooms
Motivate and inspire others to promote Nordstrom Rewards program
Keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes
Ensure sales floor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening
Assist customers with transactions and provide friendly service
Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies
Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to departments
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
Utilize inventory management systems for scanning and processing shipments
Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
Provide general store support such as setting up events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating fixtures
