Job Requirements

Must be at least sixteen years old
ability to remain standing for long periods
ability to move throughout the store
ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
ability to work in a public retail store setting
willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
ability to interact respectfully and positively with others
willingness to participate in all company safety and shrink programs

Job Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
basic computer literacy
ability to follow company policies and procedures
willingness to learn and be cross trained in various store functions
positive attitude and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs to ensure compliance
interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
other duties as assigned
