Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
No prior experience required as training will be provided
Ability to lift and move more than 25 pounds
Capacity to work in various temperature conditions
Availability for flexible scheduling
Willingness to obtain cross-training in multiple roles
Commitment to customer safety and satisfaction

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Ability to use various maintenance tools and equipment
Willingness to learn and be cross-trained across multiple departments
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and working in different weather conditions

Job Duties

Providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience
Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs
Using various tools and equipment to clean and maintain overall facility operations including equipment repair and maintenance such as HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems
Performing pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties
Cross-training in other departments including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles
Putting customer safety and satisfaction first while complying with company safety policies and procedures
Moving and lifting 25+ pounds and working in various temperatures
