Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required as training is provided
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting more than 25 pounds
- ability to work in different temperature conditions
- flexibility to perform various duties as needed
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to provide friendly and accurate service
- basic math skills
- knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- general customer service including helping customers find items and answering questions
- balancing cash register and completing customer transactions
- offering additional sales opportunities to customers
- ensuring proper food safety conditions using various methods and technologies
- cleaning direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas and diesel pumps, and completing trash runs
- cross training in other departments such as restaurant services, fresh kitchen, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
- ability to move and lift 25 plus pounds and work in various temperatures
