Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 25 or more pounds
Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
Availability to work flexible schedules
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Strong customer service skills
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior experience required as training is provided
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Attention to detail especially regarding cleanliness and food safety
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Perform general customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services
Balance cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following state and local laws
Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions
Clean working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas and diesel pumps, and complete trash runs
Cross train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
Lift over 25 pounds and work in various temperature conditions
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment
