Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience required as training is provided
- ability to lift 25 pounds or more
- capability to work in different temperature environments
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- knowledge of food safety practices a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- good physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- provide general customer service including helping customers find items and answering questions
- balance a cash register and complete customer transactions while complying with laws
- follow food safety protocols for fresh food and deli products
- clean work areas including sales floor, restrooms, fuel pumps, and perform trash runs
- cross train in other departments like Restaurant Services and Facility Maintenance
- lift and move over 25 pounds and work in various temperatures
- perform additional duties as assigned including leadership roles
