Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Enthusiastic and sports-minded attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Oversee the front counter POS (register) terminal
- Handle cash transactions and bag purchased merchandise
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience
- Answer telephones and direct sales associates using the PA system
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays on the sales floor
- Clean and maintain the sales floor to ensure an appealing environment
- Assist customers with questions and support sales efforts
